Levelling / Dispersing Agent （ LEVELING AGENT 02）
Use： Levelling / Dispersing Agent, especially suitable for polyester dyeing with disperse dyes in critical working conditions,
also be used for color repairing.

Compatibility: Compatible with both anionic and non-ionic dyes and auxiliaries; incompatible with cationic products.
Storage stability
Store at 5-35℃ for at least 8 months. Avoid prolonged storage in very hot or cold places. Stir well before use and seal
container after each sampling.

Characteristics
LEVELING AGENT 02 is mainly used for polyester fabrics dyeing with disperse dyes, which has a strong dispersing
ability. It can greatly improve the migration of the dyes and facilitate the diffusion of dyes into the fabric or fiber. Therefore, this product is especially suitable for package yarn (including large diameter yarns), and heavy or compact fabrics dyeing.
LEVELING AGENT 02 has excellent levelling and migrating performance and has no screening and negative effect
on the Dye-Uptake rate. Due to its special chemical composition characteristics, LEVELING AGENT 02 can be used as a regular levelling agent for disperse dyes, or as a color repairing agent when there are problems in dyeing, such as too deep dyeing or uneven dyeing.
LEVELING AGENT 02 When used as a levelling agent, it has a good slow dyeing effect at the initial stage of dyeing process and can ensure a good synchronous dyeing property at the dyeing stage. Even under strict dyeing process conditions, such as extremely low bath ratio or macromolecular dyes, its ability to help dyes penetration and levelling is still very good, ensuring color fastness.
LEVELING AGENT 02 When used as a Color Recovery Agent, the dyed fabric can be dyed synchronously and
evenly, so that the problematic dyed fabric can keep the same color/hue after treatment, which is helpful to adding new color or changing dyeing.
LEVELING AGENT 02 also has the function of emulsification and detergent, and it has the further washing effect on the residual spinning oil and oligomers which are not clean before pretreatment to ensure the uniformity of dyeing.
LEVELING AGENT 02 is Alkylphenol Free. It is high biodegradability and can be considered as an “ecological” product.
LEVELING AGENT 02 can be used in automatic dosing systems.

Solution Preparation:
LEVELING AGENT 02 can be diluted with a simple stir of cold or warm water.

Usage and Dosage:
LEVELING AGENT 02 is used as a levelling agent: it can be used in the same bath with the dyeing carrier, or it can
be used alone under the severe dyeing conditions at high temperature without adding Dye Penetrant or Fiber Swelling Agent.
The recommended dosage is 0.8-1.5g/l;
LEVELING AGENT 02 was first added to the dyeing bath, pH (4.5 — 5.0) was adjusted and heated to 40 — 50°c,
then Carrier or other Dyeing Auxiliaries were added
LEVELING AGENT 02 is used as a Color Recovery Agent: it can be used alone or with a Carrier. The recommended
dosage is 1.5-3.0g/l.
LEVELING AGENT 02 can also be used in reductive cleaning to improve color fastness. This is especially effective
when used in dark colors. It is recommended to conduct reductive cleaning at 70-80°c as follows:
1.0 – 3.0g/l -Sodium hydrosulfite
3.0-6.0g/l -Liquid caustic soda (30%)
0.5 – 1.5g/l -LEVELING AGENT 02
